Tour de Thailand Eastern Seaboard Ride
Bangkok to Koh Chang

10 nights/ 11 days tour includes 8 days of riding a total of 778 kilometers / 480 miles.

Friday July 20th, 2018 (Referred to as Day 0)
(Meals included – D)

12:00 – 16:00:  Check In and Final Preparations

All riders should be in Bangkok no later than 16:00 to join the Eastern Seaboard Ride.
TDA Support Crew will be available starting at 12 noon at the hotel to help check in, get the bikes situated (fittings, test rides, and added equipment), finalize paperwork (insurance, waivers, etc.), and to address any other last minute details.

17:00 – 19:00:  Welcome Reception

Riders, Support Crew, Management, Local Rotarians, Sponsors, and others involved with the ride will meet at a nearby location for socializing and refreshments. There will be complimentary soft drinks and designated alcoholic drinks included as a “Welcome to the Ride”.

19:00 – 21:00:  Opening Ceremony and Dinner Party

21:00:  While many riders will go out in town, others will opt to get some rest before the first day on tour. The choice is yours but make sure to be ready in the morning.


Saturday July 21st, 2018 (Day 1) – Ride from Bangkok to Bang Saen (93 km/ 57 mi.)
(Meals included – B, L, & D)

Sunday July 22nd, 2018 (Day 2) – Ride from Bang Saen to Pattaya (115 km/ 71 mi.)
(Meals included – B, L, & D)

Monday July 23rd, 2018 (Day 3) – Ride from Pattaya to Koh Samet (110 km/ 68 mi.)
(Meals included – B, L, & D)

19:00 – Late Night: Dinner Party to Celebrate and the following is a Day Off.

Tuesday July 24th, 2018 (Day Off) – Day Off on Koh Samet
(Meals included – B & D)

Wednesday July 25th, 2018 (Day 4) – Ride from Koh Samet to Had Chao Lao (68 km/ 42 mi.)(Meals included – B, L, & D)

Thursday July 26th, 2018 (Day 5) – Ride from Had Chao Lao to Laem Sing (110 km/ 68 mi.)
(Meals included – B, L, & D)

Friday July 27th, 2018 (Day 6) – Ride from Laem Sing to Chanthaburi (88 km/ 54 mi.)
(Meals included – B, L, & D)

Saturday July 28th, 2018 (Day 7) – Ride from Chanthaburi to Trat (117 km/ 72 mi.)
(Meals included – B, L, & D)

Sunday July 29th, 2018 (Day 8) – Ride from Trat to Koh Chang (77 km/ 48 mi.)

19:00 – Late Night:  Closing Ceremony and Dinner Party (Complimentary Drinks)

Monday July 30th, 2018 (Departure Day) – Riders need to be checked out of their rooms by 12 Noon. TDA can help to organize transportation for those that are leaving the area on this day.  (Meals included – B)
